Support Welles Park in 47th Ward’s Participatory Budgeting Process

Alderman Martin has introduced a youth-led participatory budgeting process for 2020. One of the proposed projects is a new mural for Welles Park. Voting opens Monday, June 8 to allocate up to $150,000 to public infrastructure projects.
